The Argus Museum is located at 525 West William Street, Ann Arbor Michigan 48103.
The Museum is open between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Admission is free of charge.
Entrance to the parking lot is from William Street, between 3rd Street and 4th Street. At the west end of the parking lot, look for the doorway with a green awning that says "Argus Building". Parking is also available on adjacent streets but check parking signs for any restrictions.
There is another entrance along 4th Street, with a similar awning, but it is not accessible.
From I-94 westbound:
Take Exit 172, Jackson Avenue. Turn right on Jackson Avenue. In about 3/4 mile, Jackson Avenue becomes Huron Street. Follow Huron Street to the stoplight at 3rd Street and turn right. The third stop sign will be William Street. Turn right, the Museum will be on the left-hand side of William Street.
From I-94 eastbound: Take Exit 172, Jackson Avenue. Follow Jackson Avenue about one mile, where Jackson Avenue becomes Huron Street. Follow Huron Street to the stoplight at 3rd Street and turn right. The third stop sign will be William Street. Turn right, the Museum will be on the left-hand side of William Street.
NOTE: On Saturdays in the autumn, the University of Michigan may be playing football at Michigan Stadium, which seats 100,000 people. Traffic will be very heavy approaching the Stadium from all directions, so plan your route to avoid that traffic!
